Payment Policy

For your stay, the total amount must be settled upon your arrival at the hotel using one of the following payment methods:

• Cash (up to 500 euros)
• Credit/Debit card via a secure POS terminal
• Bank transfer (available upon request and for prepayments)
• IRIS Payments for instant and secure transactions via a banking app
• Payment Link (a secure payment link sent to your email or mobile for quick and easy payment)

To confirm your reservation, a deposit may be required, which will be deducted from the final amount upon payment.

All transactions are carried out with the highest level of security. If you need further information or special payment arrangements, please do not hesitate to contact us.

In case of failure to complete the payment as specified above, Artina Hotels reserves the right to cancel the reservation without any further obligation.
